Ms. Ashwini Darade

Ms. Ashwini Darade is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist trained at the Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Ranchi, with a specialised focus on emotional and behavioural development in children and adolescents. Her work bridges rigorous clinical training with creative therapeutic practice, blending play therapy, drama-based techniques, and animal-assisted therapy with evidence-based interventions.

She supports young individuals navigating anxiety, mood difficulties, ADHD, autism, learning challenges, trauma, and family-related stress, while also working with adults and parents to strengthen emotional ecosystems around the child. Her early work in child-protection and government mental-health programs shaped her grounded, resilience-centred approach. Gentle yet clinically structured, Ashwini creates spaces where young minds feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow with confidence, agency, and emotional clarity.
