Ms. Ayushi Garg

Ms. Ayushi Garg holds an M.Phil and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, along with a B.A. in English Literature, Economics, and Psychology. She is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist, and a certified career counsellor with more than 3 years of professional experience . She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, OCD, addiction, trauma, ADHD, and relationship or family-related issues. She also brings expertise in corporate mental health, and queer-affirmative therapy.

Trained in psychological assessments and integrative therapy approaches, Ms. Ayushi Garg blends science with empathy to create a safe, judgement-free, and confidential space for her clients. Her approach fosters resilience, insight, and long-term well-being by tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs. As a Clinical Psychologist at Cadabam’s Hospital, Whitefield in Bengaluru, she provides evidence-based and inclusive care for adolescents and adults, ensuring every individual feels supported, empowered, and understood. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
