Dr. Topoti Baruah

Dr. Topoti Baruah is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with five years of experience in assessing and treating diverse mental health concerns. She holds an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from LGB Regional Institute of Mental Health, Tezpur, and an MA in Psychology from Cotton University, Guwahati. Currently, she is in the final stages of completing her PhD at NIMHANS.

Her therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), incorporating mindfulness techniques to create personalised interventions. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Dr. Topoti works closely with individuals facing anxiety, depression, OCD, personality disorders, addiction, and trauma. Believing in the power of collaboration, Dr. Topoti helps clients identify their strengths, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Dedicated to promoting emotional well-being, she strives to create a safe space where individuals feel heard, empowered, and supported in their mental health journey.
