Dr. Abhimanyu Chandak

Dr Abhimanyu Chandak is a consultant psychiatrist with eight years of clinical experience, shaped by postgraduate training and independent practice in Mysuru. His work spans care across life stages—supporting young children, adolescents, adults, and older adults—while addressing a broad range of concerns, from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, and personality disorders to addictions, neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD, and learning difficulties.

Known for a therapy-first orientation, Dr Chandak draws from trauma-informed, attachment-based, and emotion-focused frameworks to help individuals move through depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship or family concerns. He approaches medication thoughtfully, using it when clinically necessary while prioritising psychological interventions wherever possible.
