Manic Depression, also known as bipolar disorder, can be devastating for both the individual suffering along with friends and family members around them.   • Too energetic
  • Too excited
  • Not feeling the need to sleep
  • Too talkative
  • Want to accomplish a wide range of activities
  • Easily angered or irritable
  1. Have you experience both the states mentioned above?
  2. When under these states, did you have difficulty in your relationship with others?
  3. When under these states, were there times wherein you were not able to fulfil your responsibilities at work?
  4. Was there a time when people around you complained that you were behaving like the state described in question no.2 but in a lighter manner?
  5. Where there times when you harmed or tried to harm others when experiencing the states in question 1 or 2?
  6. Where there times when you abused drugs when experiencing the states mentioned in question 1 or 2?

If you have answered “yes” to more than 4 of the questions, which includes question 3, then you might want to consider meeting a mental health professional.
