Ms Navyashri S

Navyashri S is an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil, MSc, and BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She follows a trauma-informed, client-centred, and eclectic approach grounded in thoughtful case conceptualisation, integrating CBT, DBT, IFS, MBCT, ACT, and other evidence-based modalities. She provides psychotherapy in English and Kannada for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She is trained in administering and interpreting intelligence tests, personality assessments, neuropsychological batteries, and SLD evaluations. She has trained and worked across hospital, rehabilitation, and community settings, giving her a nuanced understanding of diverse clinical needs and family systems.

Her work spans concerns such as schizophrenia, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, dementia, ADHD, autism, addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. She remains committed to continuous professional learning and believes that “what is learned can be unlearned,” making therapy a space for clarity, healing, and sustainable growth.
