Gowrishri S has been a part of the Cadabam’s team for a while now, and she is a valuable member of the team. With over 2 years of experience in the field, and having done her M.Phil from the renowned National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore, she is your go-to person to recover from various mental health disorders. She can speak in English and Kannada and holds the designation of consultant clinical psychologist with us at Cadabam’s. Other areas of her interest include research, and she is currently based in Bangalore.

She has a very unique and eclectic approach to psychotherapy, drawing on techniques from various forms of psychotherapy in a suitable manner. Her desire is to help people with common mental health disorders. She aims to help them focus on self-growth with an emphasis on improving decision making, understanding one's personality, and problem-solving. She is client-centered and is a believer in collaboration between herself and them for the betterment of the individual.
