Many people will and may be willing to stop but unfortunately, find it hard. And that is what after all the definition of an addiction. There are many people who want to stop, as their porn addiction behavior is having a negative effect on their lives. It is also popularly accepted within the psychiatric circles that porn addiction is indeed a mental health disorder and needs a treatment to fix it.

  • Watching much more than that is healthy.
  • The amount of time which you’re spending online is such it is disrupting your day to day life.
  • Watching porn in social situations or at the workplace.
  • You find your social and family life seriously disrupted by watching porn.
  • You overlook your prior works and engagements just to watch porn.
  • You realize and know that you have a problem but simply can do nothing about it.
  • You become more irritated and aggravated if you are unable to watch porn for whatever reason.
  • You try to tell yourself that is wrong but end up failing to quit.
