ANKITHA is Built to Accomodate 150 Residents in Phase I and another 150 in Phase II with each Phase of about 70,000 Sq Ft builtup area. ‘ANKITHA’ will be a self contained centre accommodating Mentally Retarded in different facilities like,

Ankitha is conceived to be structurally disabled friendly with architectural concept of ‘Blossoming’ Ankitha will have specially designed pet Area, Water Body, Play Area and Indoor Games keeping in mind the Mentally Retarded. It has a central Dining and Kitchen where healthy, hygienic nutritious and delicious foods of various kinds will be looked and served both at dining area and to rooms where necessary.
Ankitha has well planned activity rooms, auditorium Saloon / Parlour, nursing station with facility for consultation and basic medical management of physical problems.
Ankitha on being suburbs of Bangalore has well conceived plan for the security of the people and place and also alternative power supply like generator for uninterrupted power.
